Your Opinion Matters! Help St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta Parish by Sharing Your Input via The Disciple Maker Index Survey

It’s official! The Disciple Maker Index Survey opened this week and your help makes a difference. Please help by completing a short, 10-15 minute survey as soon as possible.

• You can also obtain a paper copy at the entrance of the church.  There are copies available in Chinese. 

The survey is only available from Ash Wednesday, February 22 to March 31 and will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and feedback on our parish’s efforts to help you grow. All responses are confidential and the parish will only receive information about the community as a whole. ​
