In addition to spending a great deal of time in prayer, Jesus also dedicated himself to learning about his Jewish faith. In Luke’s gospel we find the 12 year old child Jesus, sitting amid Temple teachers, astounding them with his acute knowledge of the Old Testament.
"Jesus was advanced in wisdom and age and favor before God and man.” In the spirit of how Jesus, who serves as our model in on-going faith formation, we provide a variety of opportunities throughout the year to grow in our faith. Our faith formation team is committed to offering and practical ways for our Catholic faith community and friends of our parish to grow, like the child Jesus, in wisdom, age, and favor before God and man.
