Calling Parishioners and Friends to Ministries

Our parish is graced with many skilled and talented brothers and sisters in Christ from all walks of life. Our parishioners are actively involved in all aspects of parish life, sharing their unique gifts, time, and energy at both of our worship sites and our school.  Participation in a ministry is witness to the grace of the Holy Spirit working through each and every one of us, and is integral to a vibrant, multicultural, and growing community.  Whether helping out for one day at the soup kitchen or taking on a leadership role, all are welcomed.

​Our ministries cover four main areas of parish life:

• Faith Formation & Religious Education include opportunities to teach, facilitate, and support religious education from children to adulthood.
• Liturgical Ministries include opportunities in supporting all facets of Mass: reading (lector), choir, Eucharistic Ministers, decorating, hospitality, etc.
• Service Ministries include volunteer opportunities at Missionary of Charity Soup Kitchen with the order created by St. Mother Teresa, St. James Food Pantry, Sister House for recovering women, and others.
• Spiritual Life includes monthly outreach pray group at Senior Suites Bridgeport, Altar & Rosary Society, Legion of Mary, and Sacred Heart Club.
