Greetings and a warm welcome from the SS. Barbara and Therese (Interim Name) Family!

Through Renew My Church, St. Therese Chinese Catholic Church and School, and St. Barbara Catholic Church and School have been united into one canonical parish and school. “We are no longer two, but one.” With so much history and tradition, our unified parish is a unique and welcoming Roman Catholic Parish in the heart of Chicago’s Chinatown, and Bridgeport neighborhoods. As two of the oldest Parishes in Chicagoland, both of our historic and well-maintained worship sites are over 100 years old. Recently we installed air conditioning and a church lift for people who have difficulty handling stairs at St. Therese church, and updated our famously designed and spacious sanctuary at St. Barbara as well.
